If you live within the Solihull, Sandwell or Herefordshire local authority areas then you may be entitled to an interest free loan of up to £3000 for energy efficiency improvements, under the Take the LEAD scheme.
Loans are available for high efficiency gas central heating and controls, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and draught sealing.
